Ask about one building

A district average is not your building.

A district figure covers a wide area. Your building has its own history — what closed in it in the last sixty days, how long those units sat, what the status certificate says about the reserve fund and whether there is a special assessment on the way. None of that is in a district average.

Send an address and the question you actually have. We will answer it with the comparable sales and say plainly where the figures run out.
