One brief a month. The figures come from the data layer rather than from the text, so they cannot drift from the rest of the site, and every claim carries its source, its date and how far that source sits from the primary record.
Two things moved in opposite directions in June 2026. Sales across the GTA rose almost ten per cent against June 2025 while new listings fell almost thirteen, and condominium inventory in the City of Toronto is a fifth lower than a year ago. Prices have not yet responded.

Everything above is the district. Your building has its own history — what closed in it in the last sixty days, how long those units sat, what the status certificate says about the reserve fund and whether there is a special assessment on the way. None of that is in a TRREB district table.
