About The Junction
Reviewed July 27, 2026
The Junction centres on Dundas Street West between Keele Street and Runnymede Road, with Annette Street to the north and Weston Road running north-west toward the Stockyards District at St Clair. The Junction Triangle sits south-east around Sterling Road, where the Museum of Contemporary Art occupies a converted industrial building, and the West Toronto Railpath runs alongside the corridor.
Resale, pre-construction and assignments. The Junction's stock is mostly low-rise houses and warehouse conversions rather than towers, so most files here are resale; assignments are more available in the newer Sterling Road and Dundas West buildings than in the Junction proper.
Two markets, one postal code
They do not describe a house on Annette. Clients moving between the two need both sides priced separately, and the sequencing of a sale and a purchase matters more than usual when the two markets are moving at different speeds.
The transit node is the durable advantage
Dundas West brings Line 2, Bloor GO on the Kitchener corridor, and UP Express together in one place, which is a genuinely unusual combination and does not depend on any future project. When someone markets a Junction building on future transit, ask what is actually being added — the useful answer here is that the existing infrastructure is already the selling point.
What's active here
Sterling Road and Junction Triangle — Registered and ongoing. The industrial blocks around Sterling have converted and infilled over the last decade, with the Museum of Contemporary Art as the anchor. This is where most of the area's condominium stock and therefore most of its assignment activity sits.
Dundas West and Keele midrise — Approvals and construction. Arterial infill along Dundas West, generally small buildings. Check what is approved next door before paying for an exposure — this corridor is still changing block by block.
Low-rise Junction stock — Freehold. Houses on Annette, Medland, High Park Avenue and the streets off Dundas. Priced on lot, frontage and condition, and largely insulated from the condominium market's numbers.

Ask about one building
A district average is not your building.
Everything above is TRREB W02, which covers The Junction and the streets around it. Your building has its own history — what closed in it in the last sixty days, how long those units sat, what the status certificate says about the reserve fund and whether there is a special assessment on the way. None of that is in a TRREB district table.
Send an address and the question you actually have. We will answer it with the comparable sales and say plainly where the figures run out.
