Figures cover TRREB E07, Agincourt North and Agincourt South-Malvern West communities, detached only. Agincourt sits within this area.
E07 covers both Agincourt communities and Milliken, so the figures are wider than Agincourt alone.

Mos inv and SNLR are TRREB's published 12-month moving averages, not single-month ratios. They and Avg. PDOM appear only on the All Home Types table. Y/Y and M/M compare published monthly averages for this district.
Statistics are provided by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. Not an appraisal. Figures reflect completed MLS transactions in the areas noted.

About Agincourt
Reviewed July 27, 2026
Agincourt runs along Sheppard Avenue East between Victoria Park and Markham Road, with Kennedy Road and Midland Avenue crossing it and Finch Avenue closing it off to the north. Agincourt Mall and the Agincourt GO station on the Stouffville line anchor the middle, and TRREB splits the area into Agincourt North and Agincourt South-Malvern West — both inside E07.
Resale, pre-construction and assignments across a genuinely mixed stock: post-war bungalows and newer infill houses on the side streets, midrise and townhouse along the arterials.
A mixed market, read with the toggle
Agincourt has both apartment and freehold stock in quantity, so the all-types figure sits between the two and describes neither precisely. The property-type toggle on the panel above is the way to read it: switch to condo apartment for the arterial stock, detached for the side streets. The community figures are all property types and cannot be compared with either.
What we check
On low-rise: inspection, permits matching what is standing, and any Committee of Adjustment history — this is an area with a long record of rebuilds. On the arterial condominium stock: status certificate, reserve fund, and planned capital work.
What's active here
Sheppard Avenue East corridor — Approvals and occasional construction. What new supply exists sits on the arterial rather than the interior streets. Small buildings, so unit counts and assignment pools are both small.
Agincourt low-rise — Freehold. Bungalows and two-storey houses through both Agincourt communities, much of it being rebuilt lot by lot. Priced on lot, frontage and condition.
Agincourt GO node — Service improving. Two-way all-day GO on the Stouffville line is the structural change worth tracking here, and it exists today rather than being promised.

Ask about one building
A district average is not your building.
Everything above is TRREB E07, which covers Agincourt and the streets around it. Your building has its own history — what closed in it in the last sixty days, how long those units sat, what the status certificate says about the reserve fund and whether there is a special assessment on the way. None of that is in a TRREB district table.
Send an address and the question you actually have. We will answer it with the comparable sales and say plainly where the figures run out.
