Lakeview
South-east Mississauga along the lake is a low-rise, largely established area, and the stretch around Lakeview has been the subject of sustained redevelopment interest for years — the former generating station lands at Lakeview are the largest piece of it. An eleven-storey building is a modest intervention by the standards of the GTA condominium market, and the surrounding fabric is mostly houses.
That last point matters for how you read the market data below.

TRREB reports Mississauga as a whole municipality rather than by district, so the figures on our Mississauga page cover a much larger and more varied area than one corner of Lakeview. They are the right order-of-magnitude reference and the wrong instrument for pricing a specific building. Use them for direction and let a comparable-sales analysis do the pricing.
