Brookfield priced three designs with one figure, so it is recorded against all three rather than split between them — a 44′ single does not start where a 25′ semi does, and they did not say where it does. Their bonus is stated as savings off a to-be-built price; it is their arithmetic, not a discount we have checked. The price itself is net of the HST rebate, which is not the figure on the agreement of purchase and sale.
